This coffee comes from the slopes of the Poás Valcano, located in the Central Valley of San José, Costa Rica. With notes of green apple, sage, and red wine producer Don Jorge Zamora Soto and his wife Ana are able to showcase the nuances of coffee form their farm’s fertile and magical land.

This microlot is also part of La Victorina Coffee. A coffee mill in the heart of Dota commitment with quality and strong social focusing, helping the community earn higher wages through microlots.
